**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy, user-friendliness, and SEO optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and consistent messaging across all digital channels.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and budgets effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques, SEO, SEM, social media trends, and content management systems.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and social media management platforms.
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
- Ability to read/write in Chinese, Hindi, and/or Punjabi is an asset.
