Site Gmp Auditor

**Job Summary**: The GMP Auditor leads the organization in ensuring GMP and HACCP Systems are in place and well maintained in all departments by developing and verifying that Standard Operating Procedures, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures and Company Policies are adhered to by all departments.

**Main Duties**:

- Monitor and regularly audit all operations to ensure processes are carried out to an acceptable standard in a safe and responsible manner, and according to Company policies and procedures.
- Analyze processes, identify trends and anomalies, and continuously evaluate and ensure all plant standards are maintained.
- Aid in developing SOP’s and SSOP’s where necessary.
- Assist with mock recalls and ensure identification, labeling, and traceability system functions are met according to polices.
- Ensure all food safety-related documents and records are maintained by Growing and Harvesting Departments.
- Report all potential food safety deviation concerns to Production Manager.
- Any other associated duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have some understanding of Safe Quality Foods Systems (SQF).
- System oriented; capable of implementing appropriate quality controls within the relevant departments.
- Strength of mind and determination to ensure that the quality standards are maintained, together with flexibility to recognize commercial realities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility for occasional weekend work and on-call.
