Toronto, Canada Migson Public Storage Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage all aspects of payroll
- Maintain the day-to-day upkeep of the general ledger
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Complete and file HST returns and other government remittances
- Prepare bank and general ledger reconciliation
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Experience with managing investment accounts and reporting
- Provide support to other areas of accounting as needed

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of bookkeeping experience, with a focus on payroll and accounts payable
- Knowledge & Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge and strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to travel to Toronto midtown head office at least twice a month.

3 referrals from previous employers or current clients are required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
