We are a trusted and growing bookkeeping services company, located in NW Calgary. We offer bookkeeping services to small businesses, including monthly, quarterly and annual reporting reconciliations, as well as payroll & GST remittances. We have over 25 years of trusted experience. Other products offered are accounting technician services to public practice firms for Compilation Engagement working paper files.

**Your Role**:
We have an immediate opening for an Accounting Clerk/Junior Bookkeeper. Working under the direct supervision of the Owner/Accounting Technician.

**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Sort and organize paperwork;
- Perform accurate data entry;
- Bank and visa reconciliations;
- Support the team with general administrative tasks;
- Assist with other accounting tasks as required; Room for advancement into other accounting related roles.

**Qualifications**
- **You must hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration in an Accounting**

**Program or have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in various business**

**streams.**
- **Knowledge of QuickBooks online accounting software & Microsoft Office Suite is**

**required.**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accurate data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated accuracy, neatness, and professionalism.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Effectively carry out tasks with confidence, independently.
- Proactive and able to meet deadlines.

**Schedule**:
8-hour shift; Monday to Friday
