- **Position Summary**:_

As a Personal Injury Law Clerk or Paralegal, you will support our lawyer by managing case files, drafting legal documents, and interacting with clients to ensure his needs are met with professionalism and care. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for law and justice.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare legal documents, including but not limited to, pleadings, motions, and pre-trial agreements.
- Manage multiple case files from beginning to end in coordination with the assigned lawyer.
- Conduct legal research and compile data from various sources.
- Liaise with clients, providing them with updates and ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and attendance of trials and hearings.
- **Qualifications**:_
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a law clerk or Paralegal in personal injury law.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high caseloads effectively.
- Post-secondary education in legal administration, paralegal studies, or a related field.
- Certification from an accredited law clerk program is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
