JOB DUTIES:
**Shipping/Receiving**:

- Receive regular stock orders and special orders o Making sure special orders are billed/quoted and customers are called
- Delivery of orders to customers in town as well as in the area.
- Stock pickups from Red Deer suppliers
- Packaging orders to be shipped out to customers
- Capturing items that are running low and noting them for reorder.
- Requires continuous lifting of up to 25lbs
- Requires frequent lifting of over 25lbs
- Requires occasional lifting of 50lbs +
- Company vehicle is provided for all pickup and delivery needs.

**Stocking**:

- Ensuring in store inventory on the front shelves is kept full and tidy, cleaning of product and shelves may be required.
- Ensuring the warehouse stock remains properly organized.
- Requires continuous lifting of up to 25lbs
- Requires frequent lifting of over 25lbs
- Noting products that are becoming low on stock so they are able to be ordered.

**SCBA/Monitors**:

- Processing rentals and returns for SCBA’s and Monitors.
- Ensuring they are clean, full (SCBA’s) and in good working order.
- Cleaning and refilling of SCBA’s
- Cleaning and testing of Monitors

**Sales**:

- Working the counter and processing sales for customers
- Answering phone calls and helping customers with information they require, taking note of customer information so we can get back to them or taking down an order they are making to be picked up or delivered.

**Other duties as required**:

- Store cleaning, shoveling walkways, garbage, first aid kit inspections in house and potentially on customer sites.
- When we are busy all employees pitch in to ensure all tasks are completed and we may have employees in this position help if available and properly trained to do so.
- Participation in company safety activities including month end checks, safety meetings, hazard id’s work site inspections etc.

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 5 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
