Join our team at Deerland, We have over thirty years of experience selling and supporting quality John Deere products, with three locations in Fort Saskatchewan, Vegreville and Athabasca.

We are currently seeking a second Service Writer in our Fort Saskatchewan location.

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with service inquiries
- Document customer concerns and unit issues accurately
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay service needs
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain necessary approvals
- Coordinate with parts department for required components
- Update customers on the status of their equipment during the repair process
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and quality control checks
- Handle cash transactions and invoicing accurately

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in customer service within a dealership setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with technicians
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Experience in repair processes and terminology
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
- Attention to detail

This job does require alternating Saturdays between April 15th and October 31st

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 5 years (required)
