Saskatoon, Canada Commissionaires North Sask Division Full time

Ensure the efficiency of all aspects of the Commissionaires’ operation that are assigned, in regard to permanent and casual contracts throughout the North Saskatchewan Division. Negotiate contracts and submit proposals as directed by the Director of Operations. Assist the Director of Operations and Senior Contract Manager in proactively marketing and selling the organizations different business lines. Manage the performance of the Site Supervisors as assigned. Review contracts to ensure that contracted agreements are being fulfilled by the Site Supervisors and the scheduler. Ensure that all staff, and Site Supervisors are fully aware of the scope of their duties and initiate action to prevent non-conformities. In co-operation with site Supervisors, initiate, review and co-ordinate client approval of Post Orders for each contracted position and site. Ensure all site job descriptions accurately reflect work being completed and identify and record any problems or shortfalls. Visit sites to confirm compliance with regulations / policies and to verify the implementation of solutions and corrective action with client concurrence as necessary. Supervise and co-ordinate training requirements to meet contracted or client requests and quality management requirements. Keeping the Senior Contract Manager and Director of Operations updated on all Corps matters that arise. On a weekly basis, reviews and approves all schedules worked, to ensure proper payroll processing and accurate billing to Clients before their processing. Provide direction to the Scheduler in the production of schedules, to ensure contract needs are met. Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Must be able to get a Federal reliability status clearance.
