The incumbent is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and review of outcomes-based curriculum for a variety of programs/credentials offered at St. Lawrence College. This will require the incumbent to work with a number of internal/external stakeholders on a wide variety of curriculum initiatives. They will also provide a number of services such as providing one-on-one consultations, facilitating curriculum alignment processes, and developing authentic learning experiences and assessments.

The incumbent will work as part of a larger team that provides program development and renewal and curriculum quality assurance services to all members of the academic community (i.e., all campuses and academic partners). This work will also require the incumbent to collaborate with discipline specialists from diverse academic backgrounds and interact with local community members that possess extensive knowledge in vocational training.

Additional duties will include maintaining program documentation for the college, delivering information sessions, and participating in larger quality assurance processes.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-year diploma / degree in a related field of study such as Adult Education, Curriculum/Instructional Design, or Education.
- Minimum of 5-years:

- Relevant and progressive experience working on curriculum development initiatives or quality assurance processes within a post-secondary educational environment.
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of existing courses, projects, or programs.
- Using educational technology to support teaching/learning initiatives.
- Working within a quality assurance framework or process.

**Other Required Qualifications**:

- Professional certification in Curriculum, Education or Instructional Design
- Relevant experience in curriculum-related initiatives and faculty development
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience at a post-secondary level may be considered

**Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements**:
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location and work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college’s Telework Policy.
