**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee multiple small to medium-sized projects simultaneously from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, while adhering to project constraints and company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently among global teams and external partners/agencies.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and prepare accurate reports to update stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and successes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
- Uphold MOD LIGHTING 's values, policies, and standards while promoting a positive work environment conducive to high productivity and employee satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
- Must be comfortable and adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and experience using software such as Figma, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
