**Job Description**:
The Paymaster is responsible for the management and processing of payroll for various Rodeo entities including operations in Canada and the USA, according to the payroll schedules.

Main responsibilities:

- Input and process payroll data for all employees for the Canadian and American studios, according to the frequency and system in place;
- Knowledge in timesheet payroll process;
- Coordinate the various steps related to the preparation of the payroll and carry out the appropriate verifications and collection of information needed to produce the payroll;
- Collaborate with managers and Human Resources to obtain, clarify or correct information received as needed;
- Ensure the compliance of time banks (vacation, illness, etc.);
- Responsible for GL payroll entry submitted to accounting and validate government remittances;
- Assist the Payroll Supervisor for year-end process (e.g. T4s, bank validations, etc.);
- Prepare and analyze various reports according to established processes or requests made;
- Act as a resource person for employees and accounting team for any question related to payroll;
- Establish standard practices and processes and ensure they are applied across the team;
- Identify and propose possible improvements to the processes in place.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with high volume (700+ employees)
- Accredited with the National Payroll Institute (SCP/PCP);
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Software (ADP Workforce Now an asset);
- Advanced skills in Excel;
- Bilingual - English and French;
- Confidentiality, organization, prioritization, problem-solving and attention to detail.
