**Bluewater Trailers in Strathroy is hiring a Dynamic Sales Manager to join their team** If you are someone who values people and loves getting results and helping others get results then this position is for you.
- **As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for**:_
- Driving all sales, marketing and sales promotions functions with the goal to increase revenue and profits by helping to achieve results.
- Achieving quarterly/annual sales goals,
- Developing distribution channels
- Building strategic business relationships
- Formulating innovative business development strategies and providing vision for sales strategies and their execution.
- Containing the costs of selling in order to achieve predetermined profit yields while staying within sales promotions budgets.

- Being a great communicator with the ability to connect and engage with customers, team, management etc.

- Having excellent computer skills having utilized Microsoft office to the fullest. This is a must for this position and you understand why it is critical to support the success of your team
- Finding creative solutions to problems that occur
- Accountable and operate with integrity in all your interactions and negotiations
- Supporting continual learning and development and understand the value of ongoing training.
**Duties**
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Working with Marketing in researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
- Working with Marketing in gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
- Working with Marketing in Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Staying current in the industry
- Keep up to date with manufacturer’s current product, program and promotional novelties
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Assisting in the development of policies and procedures
- Scheduling and Performing sales and finance meetings
- Assisting with price comparisons of products and product features (determine appropriate price points for current market)
- Setting Individual sales targets with the sales team
- Developing Sales Training Documents and videos
- Sales for sub-dealers and larger clients and overflow of sales during busy seasons
- Assisting in maintaining the information of the website
- Manage and develop a process to gather continuous feedback from clients
- Various Administrative duties
- Maintain clear records using Microsoft office, especially word and excel
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5 + years B2C and or dealership sales experience
- 3- 5 years leading a sales team
- Experience creating sales plans
- Understanding of digital marketing and current marketing trends
- Customer Service Experience
- Working experience with CRM
- Basic Office Suite and website CMS technical literacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent with Microsoft office, excel and word
- Industry Experience and marketing automation experience considered an asset
**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
