**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Operate CNC Plasma table or CNC Water jet;
- Read and understand basic drawings and specifications;
- Use basic measuring devices;
- Inspect completed cut parts to ensure the parts meet the requirements; ;
- Prioritize work assignments with the production work load;
- General maintenance of all equipment associated with the CNC;
- Perform all necessary production work as part of the manufacturing process according to the work instructions;
- Perform all necessary quality checks during production and follow procedures when the parts are defective;
- Load and unload material using a forklift;
- Fill out quality control and rework paperwork;
- Maintain a clean working area;
- Respect the safety rules;

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma;
- 3 years of experience;
- Ability to read and understand drawings;
- Ability to use hand tools;
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment;

**TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Utiliser le CNC à Plasma et jet d’eau;
- Lire et comprendre les dessins techniques et spécifications;
- Utiliser des outils de mesure de base;
- Inspecter les pièces coupées pour assurer qu’elles respectent les spécifications;
- Prioriser les pièces à couper en fonction de la production;
- Effectuer la maintenance générale du CNC;
- Effectuer les travaux de production conformément aux processus de fabrication et instructions de travail;
- Effectuer les contrôles de qualité nécessaire et suivre les procédures lorsque les pièces sont défectueuses;
- Utiliser le chariot élévateur pour transporter les pièces et matériaux;
- Remplir les documents relatifs à l’assurance qualité et les pièces à retravailler;
- Maintenir le lieu de travail propre;
- Respecter les règles de santé et sécurité de l’entreprise;
EXIGENCES ET COMPÉTENCES
- Diplôme d’études secondaires;
- 3 ans d’expérience;
- Habileté à lire et comprendre les dessins techniques et spécifications;
- Habileté à travailler avec des outils;
- Habileté à prioriser et gérer plusieurs tâches;
