CNC Machinist

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Understand and interpret the machining drawings;
- Assemble according to the specifications;
- Verify the given program, correct/advise when needed;
- Participate in the follow-through of the raw materials in accordance of the drawing;
- Conduct a first production trial;
- Make correction according to the results of the first trial and make necessary adjustments as required;
- Operate CNC machines;
- Verify machine signals, adjust parameters and advise supervisor of all non-conformity;
- Polish machines parts;
- Dispose of machined parts on a pallet;
- Maintain work area, equipment and tools;
- Advise the supervisor of necessary repairs or defects of tools and/or equipment;
- Participate in training new employees;
- Execute all related tasks;
Skill requirements:

- DEP in Machining CNC;
- Bilingual (French and English);
- 1 to 3 year of work experience as a CNC Milling;
- Ability to read and interpret drawings;
- Be adaptable, capable to learn quickly, detailed-oriented and punctual;
- Able to work on your own as well as in team;
