**About the role**

We are looking for **Bilingual **Sales and Customer Service **Associate**s** to join our growing team

As a **Bilingual** **Sales & Customer Service Associate**, you will become a licensed insurance agent and authorized to sell home and auto insurance. You will deliver a seamless client experience by understanding individual customer needs, recommending personalized solutions and providing guidance every step of the way.

**What **you'll** do here**:

- Play a key role in providing the best possible protection for our clients' most valuable assets by advising them to make informed choices, answering their product questions and advising on next steps
- Analyze customer needs and promote and cross-sell products and services
- Accept and process changes in payment methods

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum one year of customer service experience

A natural communicator and understand how to listen and empathize with others
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working between different systems
- Ability to multi-task and stay cool under pressure
- Willingness to complete the provincial exam to obtain your insurance license
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
- Bilingual in French and English is a requirement for this role as you will be taking calls with both French & English speaking customers
