Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Operate the POS system accurately to process transactions
- Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service and retail sales preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures and handling cash transactions
- Strong ability to sell products and promote special offers
