Warehouse Supervisor/ Material Handler Job Responsibilities:
Handles, moves, loads and unloads materials by hand or using a variety of material handling equipment for delivery, receiving stock, or for customers service.

Job Duties:

- Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on.
- Maintains inventory by notifying category buyer, receiving/ inventory clerk of needs or shortages of materials and supplies.
- Documents materials and supplies by recording units delivered and location of units.
- Receives credit-return material and supplies customer service by verifying materials and supplies code and lot number and quantity; placing materials in stock.
- Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
- Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed by Management.
- Use reach truck/ forklift to pull orders or unloaded trucks.
- Work with Store Manager, Buyers and Yard Manager to find space for new product and find answers for problem product.
- Build orders for delivery (Process, package and ship orders accurately)
- Help with receiving stock product special orders, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Report to Store Manager, Yard Manager, Yard Assistant Manager.
- May be responsible to supervise and oversee 1 to 2 material handers
- Evening and weekend yard supervisor, supervising customer service staff and load builders
- Oversee yard lockdown and open up if needed.
- Know the duties and responsibility of the yard receiver and heated/ cold warehouse material handler
- Help organize warehouse space
- Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
- Check, verify and fill customer invoices
- Help customers find products and load the product.
- Needs to be comfortable with working outside in different weather conditions
- Needs to be able to lift 60lb, sit or work on feet for extended periods of time
- Assume other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Store Manager / Yard Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.01-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
