**How you will do it**

Perform a variety of field service work to include, machine operations, maintenance training, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, machine repair, modifications, programming, preventative maintenance, and commissioning under limited supervision.

**What we look for**

**Required**
- 3+ years related experience in Commercial/industrial refrigeration. Including troubleshooting service and startup of refrigeration systems
- Functional PC and appropriate software skills required.
- Ability to travel extensively in the United States and Canada
- Required to have a passport or the ability to acquire a passport.
- Maintains a safe work environment and reports any issues that arise
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and commitments required.
- Strong diagnostics and technical capability, including knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and optical refrigeration systems.
- Ability to comprehend mechanical and electrical blueprints.
- Strong/written oral communication skills are required.
- Provides customers with timely and accurate technical information in a positive and straightforward manner
- Ability to travel, home on the weekends

**Preferred**
- Certifications: EPA or Reta courses
- Solid understanding with control Panels (ie) microthermal/Carel/M&M/Logix
- French / English language skills
