**The team**

**The Opportunity**:
The HR Operations & Technology team is looking for an HR Client Services Advisor to join the team and assist departments and employees with understanding and following processes and requirements for completion of all necessary documentation to ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time. As an HR Client Services Advisor, you will establish and maintain employee job records and official employee files in accordance with established policies and practices. You will be responsible for ongoing and cyclical audit of data to ensure integrity, as well as log all issues and projects in the Human Resources Department’s issue management system for the purpose of tracking progress on assignments and the reporting of metrics.

Other responsibilities includes:

- Communicating with employees about changes to their records, primarily salary changes (e.g. merit increase and PTR memos) retroactive changes.
- Running reports & queries and auditing work to provide quality assurance measures for employment records.
- Participating in discussions and recommending changes to procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations and data integrity where appropriate.
- Recommending service improvements to maximize efficiency and foster positive client relations.

**Qualifications**

- Post-secondary diploma in Business, with Human Resources specialization, or Social Sciences
- Good understanding of legislative and organizational framework for records management and general records management principles and techniques.
- Experience working with a computerized HRMS system, preferably PeopleSoft, with a good understanding of job data, position, benefits and bio/demo data structures.
- Experience working with Case management system (Service Now) in a shared services environment.
- Ability to work in close collaboration with payroll and other HR departments within tight deadlines.
- Strong client service and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills;
