Ad Operations is a great place to get started in media. You’ll handle all the tasks of executing the media buys facilitated by Wavo’s Account Executive team while learning the ins and outs of all digital advertising platforms and marketing strategies specific to the music industry for recorded music, live events, and merchandise.

An entry-level Ad Ops Analyst at Wavo handles campaign setup, optimization, and tracking of delivery across all channels, along with reporting on key advertising metrics and completion of clients’ goals set out upon at the beginning of each campaign. The role works in support of the Marketing Services team and sees not only the strategy behind a media buy, but also the technology behind the scenes. Please note that this is a full-time role that requires someone willing to work 1-9pm EST hours Monday to Friday.

**Job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, media or a related field preferred
- Passion for the music industry and interest in marketing, especially on the technical side of digital advertising
- Strong organizational skills
- A proven track record of strong work ethic and proactivity

The company specializes in intelligent marketing for the music and entertainment industries, based on AI data analysis, for talent agents, producers and artists from all over the world; it develops its software in teams formed of colleagues from outside Quebec with whom interaction is constant. It offers turnkey programming or self service to its clients, 99% of whom are foreign. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.

À titre d'analyste aux opérations publicitaires, vous serez responsable de toutes les tâches d'exécution d'achats de médias facilitées par l'équipe de responsable de compte de Wavo tout en apprenant les tenants et les aboutissants de toutes les plateformes de publicité numérique et stratégies de marketing spécifiques à l'industrie de la musique pour la musique enregistrée, les événements en direct et les marchandises.

Un analyste des opérations publicitaires junior s'occupe de gérer les campagnes, l'optimisation et le suivi de la livraison sur toutes les plateformes, ainsi que la création de rapport sur les performances des mesures publicitaires qui sont essentielles à la réalisation des objectifs des clients. Ce rôle soutient l'équipe de Marketing et a un impact direct avec non seulement sur la stratégie autour d'un achat de média, mais aussi la technologie qui le supporte. Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein qui requiert une personne prête à travailler de 13 à 21 heures, heure de l'Est, du lundi au vendredi.
