**Here's the role**
The Product Marketing Specialist is the champion of our products to our target audiences. Working with our Product and Sales teams, this role creates messaging and strategies to promote and differentiate our products and provides communications support to optimize customer experiences that align with our brand. A big-picture thinker who can collaborate and execute, the specialist is a key link between our business and our customers.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support product development and management.
- Develop, execute, and track marketing strategies to support business projects and initiatives.
- Understand the needs and drivers of different audiences and craft key messaging that emphasizes the value our products provide.
- Assist with developing advertising assets working with internal and external partners.
- Provide communications support on projects, with a focus on exceptional customer/user experience and alignment with our brand.
- Collaborate on content marketing efforts to generate idea to support our content and product marketing strategies.

**Competencies**
- Planning & Organizing: Do you have a strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines by organizing and prioritizing your own work?
- Communication Skills: Can you communicate complex items in an easily understood manner to a diverse range of audiences?

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar field
- 5+ years Marketing experience
- Experience in insurance or financial industry considered an asset
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
