**Who You Are**

We are looking for a ** Service Reconciliation Lead ** to join our team and oversee the financial and contractual aspects of our customer agreements. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role that requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that our contracts are aligned with our products and services and that we are accurately reconciling our revenue with our partners, customers, and vendors. You will also work with various platform owners, data analysts, and finance team members to ensure data quality, audit compliance, and corrective actions. You will lead a team of direct reports and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize our contract management processes and systems. ** The pay for this role is $800-$1700 per month.**

**What You Will Do**
- Ensuring customer contracts are consistent with our products and services, pricing, and terms and conditions.

Perform monthly reconciliation of customer invoices, partner payments, and vendor invoices, and identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Work with platform owners to verify vendor invoices and ensure they align with partner agreements and service level agreements.

Work with data analysts to ensure data accuracy and completeness across various sources and systems and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve contract performance and profitability.

Work with the finance team to identify and implement corrective actions based on data and audits

Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract analysts and specialists, and provide them with guidance and support.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our Master MSP and partner models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, product, and legal, to streamline contract management processes and systems, and ensure alignment and coordination.

Achieve precise billing through service true-ups, either manually or with the efficiency of automation. Automated true-ups utilize technical data and Jolera's billing model for accuracy, requiring advanced technical knowledge regardless of the chosen method.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, contract management, or similar roles.

Previous experience in a highly collaborative environment, working with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Experience in working with vendors and partners to ensure contract compliance.

Strong understanding of services and partner models, and the contractual and financial implications of each.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Excellent leadership, management, and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other contract management tools and systems.

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.

Willing and able to work in a hybrid model, in office and remote.
