Surface Coating Technician

We are looking for experienced Powder Coaters to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and durability.

**Starting Pay**:$18.00

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment efficiently and safely.
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or rework.
- Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and other equipment related to the powder coating process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Ability to work in a hot environment with exposure to ovens and other high-temperature equipment.

**Experience**: Industrial spray painting: 6 months (preferred)

Note: Extremely Hot inside the facility and in the summers, when required to be working outside, it will be extremely hot.
