**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Control Technician to join our team. The Instrumentation and Control Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, calibrating, designing and troubleshooting process control equipment.

**Qualifications and Experience for the role**:

- Must possess an Electronic, Electro-Mechanical, or similar technician/technology diploma or Engineering degree.
- 2 - 3 years of prior experience.
- Previous industrial instrumentation experience is a must.
- Knowledge of pressure transducers, pressure and temperature transmitters, indicators, and panel meters.
- Proven experience with strain gauges, thermocouples, and data loggers.
- Strong knowledge of temperature controllers, P.I.D. tunning, and wiring to a variety of heaters by using different types of powers.
- Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong Soldering experience through hole and surface mount.
- Read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and operation manuals.
- Previous exposure to the programming & wiring of PLC’s would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results orientated and able to work in a team-based environment.
- Excellent organizational skills

**Job Duties**:

- Install, maintain and configure control and process systems.
- Calibrate, commission, configure, install and troubleshoot electronic, electrical, mechanical and analytical instrumentation devices.
- Calibrate and repair analytical instrumentation that monitors or controls temperature and pressure.
- Service all process control instruments including temperature controllers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
