**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule every stage of the construction process, from planning to execution to monitoring and controlling.
- Oversee the project from start to finish.
- Creating the price proposal, creating the necessary specifications and drawings, and, if necessary, sealing off the project.
- Managing personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
- Create project schedules for internal/eternal use to ensure detailing, fabrication, and on-site delivery deadlines are met.
- Manage contracts with clients and suppliers by issuing invoices for clients as work is completed.
- Oversee and document all aspects of the project, working closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project are on schedule.
- Oversee efforts to ensure that Corra Construction fulfills contractual obligations on time (s)
- Prepare a bid that includes a planned construction timeframe, a predicted milestone list, and a cost estimate for the project.
- Facilitating modification requests to make sure that everyone is aware of the effects on schedule and spending.
- Lead the team of drafters, administrators, and estimators to produce the desired outcomes.
- Examine project changes to establish their scope, verify their accuracy, and submit the necessary paperwork in accordance with the company's change order procedures.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- You must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of working with clients and resolving issues
- Be able to use all necessary tools and have the capacity for critical thought
- Proven abilities in customer service, employee motivation, and communication
- Ability to read and comprehend project specifications, drawings, and details.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or an equivalent degree.
- Experience in the steel industry is considered an asset.
- Considerable proficiency and experience working on Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Steel Projects.
- Effective leadership abilities: the capacity to coordinate actions of oneself and others are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are also required.
- Experience in dealing with customers and resolving issues or disagreements is a must.
- Possess critical thinking skills and can use all applicable tools
- Effective skills in communication, motivation, personnel evaluation, and customer service
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Project Management.

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
