**Overview**
Body First Wellness Centre is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through personalized fitness and rehabilitative services. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled receptionist to join our team.
**Job Posting: Clinic Receptionist**
Are you a warm and organized individual with experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing? We’re looking for a receptionist to join our team and help create positive patient experiences In this role, you'll support our clinic operations and assist patients in making informed decisions about their health and wellness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Communication**:
- Book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with accuracy, ensuring a smooth scheduling process for everyone.
- Direct more complex inquiries to the right clinic team member and follow up to ensure patient satisfaction.
**Patient Follow-Ups & Service Promotion**:
- Conduct friendly post-appointment follow-ups to gather feedback and learn about patient experiences, helping us improve where needed.
- Introduce additional services that may benefit patients, based on their individual needs and treatments.
- Encourage patients to make the most of their insurance benefits before year-end, always with a supportive and friendly approach.
**Sales & Telemarketing**:
- Use your customer service and/ or telemarketing skills to share information about our clinic offerings and book consultations for interested patients.
- Maintain a patient-centered and non-pressuring approach, making sure patients feel comfortable while exploring their options.
- Track patient interactions for consistent follow-ups, helping to foster long-term relationships and continuity of care.
**Administrative Support**:
- Keep detailed records of patient communications, appointments, and service interactions to ensure top-notch patient care.
- Assist with scheduling software and various administrative tasks, including updating patient files and supporting general clinic operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Secondary School
- Experience in customer service or receptionist roles is a plus, as well as in healthcare, patient care coordination, sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency with appointment scheduling software.
- Must be able to work weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
