**Education & Training**:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Information Technology and/or Information Management with specialized courses in Training, plus two (2) to three (3) years of experience in software implementation project management, including documentation, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Comprehensive knowledge of policy and standards for client identity management and client registration data collection.
- Working knowledge of information security and confidentiality guidelines and policies such as the Freedom of Information Protection and Privacy Act.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments.
- Ability to manage own work activities to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, and recognize when to escalate.
- Ability to write training materials and edit training materials written by others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse user community.
- Knowledge of staff hiring procedures.What We Offer:

**Your Day to Day**:
**Training Management**: Plans and oversees delivery of Client Identity Management (EMPI), Client Registration/ADT, Client Scheduling, and HealthNet training sessions, including managing logistics, registration, and room setup.**Nursing Orientation**: Provides training for new nursing hires and additional nursing orientation sessions as needed.-
**Hardware/Software Selection**: Assists in selecting hardware, software, and tools for course management and delivery.**Training Documentation**: Creates and updates training materials to reflect current software states, releases, and system changes.**Process Changes**: Assists users in defining and implementing process changes with new systems, software updates, and regulatory changes.**User-Acceptance Testing**: Participates in user-acceptance testing to understand system functionality and resolve any issues raised during testing.**Training Environment Accuracy**: Ensures the training environment accurately replicates system functionality, including tables, pick lists, and fields.- **Client Satisfaction & Outcomes**: Measures and ensures training outcomes meet established goals, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the training process.**Additional Duties**: Performs other related tasks as required.
