Sous la responsabilité du VP des Opérations Globales, ce poste comprend les opérations, l'amélioration des processus, l'analyse des données, la logistique et le contrôle de la qualité. En tant que Spécialiste du Contrôle de la Qualité, vous devez être animé par le désir d'établir des relations durables avec les partenaires, les fournisseurs et les membres de l'équipe. Vous devrez veiller à ce que les équipes aient une vision claire de l'avancement de la production et à ce que les calendriers et les exigences des projets soient respectés. Vous serez également chargé de maintenir et d'acquérir des certifications de produits grâce à des normes élevées de contrôle de la qualité. Vous serez impliqué dans nos projets de développement durable et vous devrez prévoir des visites en personne des sites de la chaîne de production.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe
- Un minimum de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute et de présentation
- Emploi préalable au sein d'une entreprise internationale
- Compétences de négociation efficaces
- Esprit analytique et mathématique dans l'analyse des données
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les problèmes des clients
- Passeport valide
- Excellentes compétences en communication - orales et écrites (français et anglais)

Reporting to the VP of Global Operations, this position entails operations, process improvement, data analysis, logistics, and quality control. As our Production and Quality Control Manager, you will be driven by the desire to build long-lasting relationships with partners, vendors, and team members. You will be responsible for ensuring that teams have a clear vision of the work progress, and that project schedules and requirements are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining and acquiring product certifications through high standards of quality control. You will be involved in our sustainability projects and you will schedule on-site visits to production line.
