Nous sommes à la recherche de personne pour occuper le poste de
**Cuisinier**
**(Pizzeria)** afin de compléter les équipes de nos partenaires d'affaire situé dans la province du Québec.

Responsibilities (English Portal):
La fonction de base du Cuisinier consiste à diriger l’équipe de cuisine, il coordonne l’ensemble des employés, supervise la cadence la qualité du travail, garantit l’assemblage des plats dans le respect des normes de qualité et d’hygiènes.
- Préparer et faire cuire des plats ou des repas complets;
- Préparer et faire cuire des repas spéciaux pour des patients, conformément aux directives du diététiste ou du chef cuisinier;
- Superviser les aides de cuisine et établir leurs horaires de travail;
- Superviser les opérations de la cuisine;
- Tenir l'inventaire de la nourriture, des fournitures et du matériel;
- Voir, s'il y a lieu, à l'organisation et à la supervision des buffets;
- Nettoyer, s'il y a lieu, la cuisine et les aires de travail;
- Dresser, s'il y a lieu, des menus, déterminer les portions, évaluer les besoins en aliments et le coût des aliments et commander le matériel nécessaire;
- Procéder, s'il y a lieu, à l'embauche et à la formation du personnel de cuisine.

Les cuisiniers peuvent se spécialiser dans la préparation et la cuisson de mets ethniques ou de plats spéciaux.

Il planifie, conseille, supervise, coordonne, motive, organise les opérations journalières, hebdomadaires, mensuelles et annuelles du la cuisine du restaurant Pizzaioli

Ce qui inclut la gestion:

- De l’assistant Cuisinier soir pour Pizza;
- Entremétier;
- De la gestion des inventaires;
- Du contrôle de la qualité et du service aux serveuses et livreurs.

Qualifications (English Portal):
**Niveau d'étude requis**:Secondaire/Collégial. Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) en cuisine ou équivalence.

**Années d'expériences reliées à l'emploi **:2 ans d’expérience en tant que cuisinier.

**Langue demandée**:Français avancé.

**Nombre d’heure par jour**:8 heures (14:00 a 22:00)

**Autres Qualifications**:

- Capacité à travailler sous pression, rapidité d’exécution, autonomie, rigueur.
- Capable de travailler en équipe et qui saura avoir une bonne communication avec celle-ci.
- Comprendre et respecter les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité.
- Avoir une bonne condition physique.
- Respecter l’horaire de travail établi qui est surtout le soir et les weekends.
- Être ponctuel, honnête et amoureux du métier.
- Être propre lors du travail exécuté et propre de sa personne.

**Nombre d’heure par semaine**:40.
