**You as an Insurance & Bonding Specialist will**:
Assist in the administrative day to day operations of the Insurance & Surety department by performing required duties
Review Insurance & Bonding requirements on RFQ’s/PreQual’s
Process invoice payments
Processing Certificates of Insurance
Process all costing associated with insurance & bonding premiums on projects
Follow up with Project Managers for copies of Owners policies
Update all expiries list & calculation sheets to track completion dates on projects to insure proper coverage
Follow up with project managers with respect to project completion dates to ensure bonds remain in force
Set up project file on new awards

Is this role right for you?

You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You have a minimum of two years in construction insurance or office experience
