**Some of what you will do**:
Under the direction of the President of Spectrum Educational Supplies, this position is responsible for leading and executing online merchandising and promotional initiatives, coordinating and executing the online customer experience. While providing direction and leadership to internal team members. In addition, this position supports website enhancements and online merchandising system issues - troubleshooting issues that arise, identifying improvement opportunities and testing enhancements as they are introduced.

**Specifically, You Will**:

- Collaborating with both Canadian and US teams.
- Will be required to manage two separate platforms (US and CDN)
- Manage merchandising and marketing online and mobile promotional activity by setting up and maintaining Promotional Bundles / Pages - working with affected parties to provide direction and determine the best approach based on defined business objectives
- Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies for all online product offers including but not exclusive to creative banners, SKU level messaging, and coupon setup as well as SKU flag maintenance
- Providing direction and leadership to internal team members by gathering insights and develop the strategy and plans for promotional execution
- Manages processes and procedures to execute promotions for all online product offers and campaigns
- Continually improve online promotional experience and execution by utilizing website enhancements, customer feedback/reviews, sales data, site metrics and other sources.
- Regularly reviews site analytics data to identify ways to optimize customer experiences
- Lead or participate in special projects as required.
- Timely execution of website Banners for impacted pages - product category pages and homepages.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary education with focus on ecommerce or related experience.
- 3-5 years of website operations management.
- Working knowledge of web site structure and functionality
- Strong understanding of ecommerce software and platforms such as; Klaviyo, Klevu, and Mangeto 2 or equivalent.
- Strong analytic skills using Google analytics or equivalent.
- Experience with search engine optimization, such as SEO or equivalent
- Strong computer skills and an ability to learn new software is critical
- Working knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with databases.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks, problem solving and managing to deliverable dates.
- Strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Google analytics: 1 year (preferred)
- content management systems: 1 year (preferred)
- ecommerce software and platforms: 1 year (preferred)
- website operations management: 4 years (required)
