**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Manage lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and rent collection.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant information.
- Staff management (maintenance technicians).
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field (3+years)
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and file management.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.

Responsabilités:

- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de plusieurs propriétés.
- Traiter les demandes des locataires et résoudre les problèmes ou les plaintes.
- Effectuer des inspections de propriétés et s’assurer du respect des normes de sécurité et d’entretien.
- Coordonner l’entretien et les réparations avec les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs.
- Gérer les contrats de location, y compris les renouvellements, les résiliations et la perception des loyers.
- Tenir des registres précis de toutes les activités liées à la propriété, y compris les transactions financières et lesy compris les transactions financières et les informations sur les locataires.
- Gestion du personnel (techniciens de maintenance).
- Développer et maintenir des relations positives avec les locataires, les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes.
- Tenez-vous au courant des tendances du marché locatif local et ajustez les tarifs de location au besoin.

Qualifications:

- Expérience en gestion immobilière ou dans un domaine connexe (3 ans minimum).
- Solides compétences administratives, y compris la saisie de données, la tenue de dossiers et la gestion de dossiers.
- Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Capacité à négocier des contrats et à résoudre des conflits de manière équitable et professionnelle.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
