Position Overview:
As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving occupancy and tenant satisfaction within our portfolio of upscale condos and apartments. Your ability to connect with clients, close deals, and maintain relationships will be essential to your success. We offer a competitive base salary along with a commission structure, rewarding you for your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with prospective tenants to showcase properties, answer inquiries, and highlight the unique features of our units.
- Close leasing agreements with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for tenants.
- Develop and execute strategies to reach occupancy goals, contributing to the property’s financial success.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of leasing experience in a condo/apartment setting with a strong record of success.
- Exceptional closing abilities and a people-first approach.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport and establish trust.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
