12Tables is a local fine dining Italian/European restaurant looking for a new energetic team leader. We are looking for a person with previous Italian or European cuisine experience and preferably who has worked in a similar fine dining restaurant. Being a team player is very important to us as we are a small refined team of chefs who love our craft. We also encourage those who have a creative cooking mindset as we are constantly evolving and elevating our plates, with daily specials and a rotating seasonal menu.
**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing and producing proteins, seafood, sauces, pastas etc.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sauteing as required
- Seasoning and cooking food according to recipes and house standards
- Weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipe standards
- Keeping your station organized and clean as well as general tidiness of the kitchen area
- Scheduling and Ordering
We offer competitive wages based on experience as well as pay increases based on improved performance and team work.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
