**Position Overview**:As a Solve Energy Solar Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, your role is vital in our mission to introduce solar energy solutions to potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our solar sales representatives through door-to-door interactions with homeowners and businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting**: Identify potential customers by conducting door-to-door outreach and engaging with local residents and businesses.
- **Educate and Inform**: Educate homeowners and businesses about the advantages of solar energy and the offerings of Solve Energy.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments with interested prospects for our solar sales representatives.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer information.
- **Feedback**: Provide valuable feedback to the sales team concerning customer inquiries and concerns.
- **Meet Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous door-to-door sales or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to contributing to a sustainable future.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Access to reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Freelance, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$137,125.06 per year
