Doug Tarry Homes has been committed to our customers in St Thomas and the surrounding areas since 1954. Our construction company is currently seeking a full-time **Associate Land Planner** that is results focused with ability to work in both an individual and team-orientated environment.

Reporting to the Director of Development, this position will assist and support the Land Development team to research and compile information on a variety of planning issues.

Some of the tasks will include:

- Undertake site visits to assess locational context, document existing conditions, surrounding land uses.
- Prepare budgets, lot allocations/pricing as well as track invoiced amounts for each phase and/or project.

The following skills are required:

- A planning degree or diploma from a recognized college or university.
- Membership is OPPI is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong organization and project management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
