**Position Title: Scrum Master (Software Lead)**

**Area of focus**: Full-Stack Software Development, Project Management, Technical Lead

**This position is 100% on-site in Mississauga (Financial Dr.)**

**Role Overview**

**Scope of duties**
- Lead the team in adopting and embracing Agile principles and methodologies. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize your hands-on coding experience to review code, ensure coding standards, and conduct testing to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Guide and manage an offshore development team, ensuring they are aligned with project goals, hitting milestones, and maintaining effective communication.
- Collaborate with the team to set and track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of features and functionality.
- Manage the day-to-day activities and resources and chair the team meetings.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
- Monitor the flow of work and keep track of performance daily

**What You Offer**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science/Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience
- A ScrumMaster certification (PSM OR CSM) would be preferred
- A combination of Leadership & Full Stack Technical ability will be highly valued
- At least 5 years of experience leading initiatives within IT
- Expert programming skills in C#, and solid working experience with.NET Frameworks and ReactJS
- Solid experience with cloud platforms like Azure
- Experience working as part of an agile team and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Ability and experience leading small to mid-sized Squads preferred
- Effective communication and leadership skills to promote collaborative team environments and work well with cross-functional groups.
