Field Sales Representative

Join Eatance, a thriving food-tech startup supported by OneEleven, Brampton Economics & Development Center, and OCI. We seek an experienced and dynamic Sales person to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the restaurant technology sector.
**Role Overview**:
As the Field Sales at Eatance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Restaurant technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the restaurant industry. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be an integral part of our mission to empower food businesses, elevate customer experiences, and boost their profitable sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the restaurant industry.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the restaurant technology space.
- Showcase our innovative products through engaging product demos at food and tech events, podcasts, and workshops.
- Drive product awareness and sales by visiting multiple restaurants and engaging potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to devise effective go-to-market strategies.
- Regularly track and report sales performance, identifying improvement areas and implementing solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 3 years in sales, with a track record of success in restaurant technology sales.
- Strong ability to devise and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging data-driven insights.
- Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data to inform decision-making and enhance performance.

- Direct sales experience in the restaurant technology sector.
- Exceptional customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive informed sales decisions.

**Salary**: $54,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
