Customer Service/sales Analyst

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer relations services to internal and external customers by providing information about products and services, analyzing sales data, and resolving product and service issues.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answers questions regarding accounts, products, and services.
- Assists customers with the selection and purchase of products and services and verifies billing amount, considering available discounts, special pricing, and shipping costs.
- Receives and processes customers’ orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Prepares, arranges, and coordinates sales-related events and projects.
- Generates, maintains, and updates sales reports and prospective client lists.
- Assesses examines, and reports collected data in order to increase sales productivity.
- Collects sales records and trends and compares performance measured against sales quotas.
- Evaluates current economic conditions and prepare sales forecasts.
- Reviews inventory levels daily, and prioritizes placement of all products within category pages
- uploads and modify’s products with various e-commerce customers and utilizes product management software (Salsify)
- Implements promotions & marketing content, conversion rate, and performance
- Supports e-commerce improvement initiatives, functionality optimization, EDI integration, and SAP implementation
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing and the Product team to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales and profitability through a superior online experience
- Collaborates with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of product information for our customers
- Inspects, uploads & responds to customers' product reviews
- Manages shipments and inventory levels to and from the 3PL warehouse
- Research competitors’ distribution channels and products and continuously compile information about competitive new launches, advertising, and formulas.
- Works with digital marketing programs for successful integration and program development to be coordinated across all online channels for deeper consumer engagement.
- Assists in developing innovative processes internally and externally to efficiently strengthen and grow B2B and B2C partnerships and business.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Completion of secondary school required; college or other post-secondary programs an asset
- Previous customer service experience required
- Fluent in the English language, French is an asset
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE**
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Working experience with SAP.
- Experience with navigating and managing e-commerce vendor portals, vendor setup, and order implementation.
- Strong in Data Management and Data Analytics
- Inventory Management skills
