Reporting to the Creative Directors, our ideal Marketing Coordinator is organized, strategically-minded, personable, and ready to grow with the company. This role, a hybrid position, would have you joining a tight-knit creative, production, and showroom team. While primarily marketing-focused, this role would entail some customer-facing communications, showroom support, and a willingness to try new things

**Responsibilities**

Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

- Planning, executing, and tracking social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
- Coordination and management of marketing plans and activities, working closely with the Creative & Showroom Manager.
- Conducting research, outreach to, management of, and communication with influencers, creators, and potential brand partners.
- Planning, buying, and operating paid digital advertising.
- Maintaining and optimizing brand SEO & SEM practices as per industry standards.
- Design and produce company collateral, images, video, and documents.
- Maintain and update brand guidelines as well as recommending required updates to the website.
- Helping plan and operate small events.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (2+ years).
- An interest in fine jewellery, gems, bridal, and sustainable fashion, with the desire to learn and explore further.
- Experience in social media management, including planning, creating, and scheduling content; engaging with Evorden’s audience; monitoring trends; industry/competitor research; maintaining and growing accounts.
- Experience planning and operating paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, etc.
- Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Knowledge of SEO & SEM best practices.
- Personable and willing to both work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Some graphic design experience preferred, video editing experience required
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Google Suite, and Canva.
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong aptitude for copywriting, editing, and professional communications.
- Ability to plan and manage projects from concept to completion.

Pay: $52,000.00-$62,400.00 per year
