Responsabilités:

- Créer et mettre en œuvre des plans de cours et des activités adaptés à l'âge des enfants
- Offrir un environnement sûr et stimulant permettant aux enfants d'apprendre et de grandir
- Favoriser le développement social, émotionnel, cognitif et physique des enfants
- Maintenir une communication ouverte et efficace avec les parents et les familles
- Collaborer avec d'autres enseignants et membres du personnel pour assurer un environnement d'apprentissage cohérent
- Suivre et évaluer les progrès de chaque enfant et fournir des commentaires aux parents

Expérience:

- Expérience antérieure de travail dans le domaine de la garde d'enfants ou de l'éducation de la petite enfance, souhaitée
- Connaissance des principes et pratiques de développement de la petite enfance
- Familiarité avec les besoins et les stratégies d'éducation spécialisée
- Capacité à gérer efficacement le temps et à prioriser les tâches
- Solides compétences en leadership pour guider et motiver les enfants en classe
- Compétences organisationnelles pour maintenir un environnement d'apprentissage qui fonctionne bien
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant verbale qu'écrite, en anglais

Qualifications:

- Minimum d'un diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ; diplôme d'associé ou de baccalauréat en éducation de la petite enfance ou dans un domaine connexe préféré
- Certification en RCR et premiers soins (ou volonté d'obtenir)
- Possibilité de passer une vérification des antécédents

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and families
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in childcare or early childhood education preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education needs and strategies
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate children in the classroom
- Organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning learning environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
