Prairie Meadows Early Learning Inc. is expanding and seeking passionate and dedicated full-time and part-time Child Care Assistants to join our team. As an educator at our centre, you will work alongside a team of committed professionals who prioritize play-based learning, reflective practices, and attachment-based theory. Our educators develop programs based on the emerging interests of the children and their families that shape our curriculum, practice, and pedagogy.

We recognize the fundamental role that secure attachment and strong connections play in children's development. To support this, we offer Circle of Security training to our team members, providing them with the tools to meet children's needs as they navigate the world around them.

- Must have completed an accredited 40-hour course or be willing to obtain accreditation within the first year of employment.
- Must possess first aid/CPR (emergency level C) certification
- Must have a current criminal record check and child abuse registry check
- Circle of Security training is preferred but not required (the centre will provide training)
- Good organizational skills, flexibility, and positive communication skills are essential
- French language proficiency is considered an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.35-$20.47 per hour
