Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead project implementation from inception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their organizational needs and requirements
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the implementation process
- Provide consulting, training, and support to deliver successful implementations of native cloud software solutions for customers.
- Performing analysis and systems documentation, creation of financial reports and product configuration and roll out.
- Advising and guiding customers on their journey from system selection to go-live and post implementation support and beyond.
- Supporting internal and external sales efforts as required.

**Skills**:

- Experience in cloud computing technologies and platforms
- Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing processes and best practices
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding project teams towards successful project completion
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong business analysis skills and technology/cloud awareness
- Ability to effectively manage project deliverables to meet client expectations
- Experience providing training to customers
- Commitment to personal continuous learning and creating exceptional customer experiences
