Calgary, Canada Cornerstone Engineering Ltd Full time

Cornerstone Engineering is a mid-sized engineering and project management company providing services for the oil and gas sector in Western Canada. We are currently recruiting a project coordinator to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist and report to Project Managers to provide accurate summaries on the project spend profile and schedule.
- Prepare, issue, and maintain organization of purchase orders, bid lists, and requests for quotes (RFQ’s).
- Create and maintain various project schedules using MS Projects software.
- Assist with expediting equipment to manage project schedule.
- Help to facilitate vendor drawing control and equipment review internally and with clients and vendor contacts.
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding details and documentation are included for client approval.
- Prepare project documents such as tender documents, construction binders, audit packages, operating manuals, and data books.
- Assist the engineering team by completing various administrative and organizational tasks to ensure quality control of project status reports, DBM’s, drawings, and other project deliverables.

**Requirements**:

- Possess strong organizational skills, key attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project remains on schedule.
- Excel in planning, prioritizing, and working under pressure to meet set deadlines.
- Work well within a team as well as independently motivated with mínimal supervision.
- Exude a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Possess a minimum of three years of experience working in a project coordinator or administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Possessing accreditation in business administration or project management may be considered an asset.
