**Overview**

The Cambridge Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Program Manager to join our growing organization. As a Program Manager at the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce, you will directly support local businesses succeed. In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously including daily governance of programs to ensure tasks are kept on schedule, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with all program stakeholders. In conjunction with the VP of Operations, you will establish revenue and expense estimates in preparation of individual budgets for each project.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules.
- Develop, implement and maintain a personal sales action plan.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
- Stay aware of Chamber strategies to ensure projects align with Chamber priorities.
- Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate project status.
- Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Create and manage long-term goals.
- Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Work on strategy with the marketing team.

**Job Qualifications and Skills Sets**
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to think outside the box, creative development and innovative thinking.
- A certificate or degree in business or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in business operations, program management, or project management required.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work well independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a constantly changing, faced-paced environment.
- Experience in dealing with and engaging with high level business leaders.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone with a high level of professionalism.
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
