**We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Receiver Clerk at our head office located in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion.**

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Material Manager, duties include:

- Receive aeronautical products, supplies and services;
- Review certifying documentation to ensure full compliance to Transport Canada Civil Aviation regulations and CHL’s AMO procedures;
- Address certifying documentation discrepancies and/or non-compliance with vendors and service providers;
- Obtain mandatory documentation to complete orders reception;
- Fill open requirements from various company departments;
- Prioritize the receiving based on parts requirement urgency and payment schedule;
- Coordinate with other departments, when necessary, in order to complete mandatory reception procedures;
- Provide support in other duties/other departments as assigned;
- Any other related task.

**Qualifications**:

- High School diploma;
- Computer Literate, MS Office environment;
- Autonomy, dynamism, initiative and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills and teamwork;
- Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 pounds;
- Bilingualism (an asset);
