**YOUR CONTRIBUTION**

Your line of report will be the **Project Finance Controller**. Upon your arrival, you will support domestic and international projects (from pre-feasibility to execution stage) by assisting Enerkem’s **Project Finance Management **and** Accounting team** in a variety of selected tasks related to the field of project monthly follow-up (Revenue and Cost recognition) and invoicing, which include not only the preparation and issuing of monthly statements and invoices, processing of credit memos, general invoices’ monitoring and tracking, project working hours and charging rates maintenance, but also involvement in the annual Budgeting and Forecasting procedures as well as in the annual standard cost calculation.

**Qualifications**:
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Professional accounting designation (or working towards one) is considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant functional experience (experience in a project / construction / engineering firm considered an asset)

**YOUR COMPETENCIES**
- Experience with project billing
- Understand general business interfaces/processes related to procurement, engineering, operations, and accounting.
- Very good command of Excel and sustained experience with ERP and Business Intelligence tools (i.e Power Bi).
- Ability to analyze information, determine discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to interact with various hierarchical levels, versatility and teamwork.
- Sense of urgency and adaptability in a changing environment to deadlines and time-sensitive requirements.
- Good communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both oral and written.
