- The MGEN unit seeks to produce more effective software engineers who are substantially more capable than ever of addressing the needs of digital society in terms of time, cost, and quality. The unit will accomplish this by revolutionizing the way software is designed and evolved overtime, and believe software is a systems engineering challenge rather than a coding problem. - Responsibilities:

- departments/mgen/ms-cyps
- Responsibilities include preparation of lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student performance in the course. Courses include, but are not limited to, the following:

- TELE 6510: Fundamentals of the Internet of Things_
- TELE 5330: Data Networking_
- TELE 6530: Connected Devices_
- TELE 6500: Machine Learning Algorithms for Internet of Things Systems_
- Qualifications:

- M.S. or Ph.D. in relevant engineering discipline is required; some professional and/or teaching experience preferred. Must have strong, effective verbal skills to communicate well with students.
- Technical knowledge and experience:

- IP Data networking and communications (TELE6510, TELE5330)
- IoT protocols (TELE6510)
- IoT architectures (TELE6530)
- Device/Edge and Cloud based Machine Learning (TELE6500)
