General Details

- Hourly wage based on experience and qualifications for the duration of the probationary period (3

months) and salaried position thereafter
- Benefits once the probationary period ends

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a mentor to the recreational staff
- Assist coaches in lesson planning and athlete development
- Help develop coach education plans for our recreational staff and volunteers
- Act as onsite supervisor 2 evenings a week as well as Saturday
- Actively coach two evening shifts a week (6 classes total)
- Work collaboratively with other staff and team members

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Competition 1 certified
- Safe Sport certified and in good standing with the provincial sport organization
- Passion for sport and recreational programming

Training
- A full on-boarding is delivered to all new employees
- Training is provided for all staff in the form of paid course
