We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager for our Insurance Brokers division based in Mississauga.
- ** Your Role **:As Commercial Accounting Manager you will be a member of the Customer Service team managing small business accounts.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Placement of small business accounts
- Create files, organize client documentation and update client activity logs.
- Track and follow up on timely issue of new policy documents.
- Preparation of all client documentation including invoices, letters, policy documents, certificates of insurance
- Administration of the client renewal process
- Work closely with the Account Executive to service and manage all daily activity
- Account service co-ordination including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations
- Research and investigate information to allow strategic decision-making for the client
- Participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
- Communication with insurers to support the brokering function

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Strong Commercial P&C Technical and Service experience,
- 5 years as a Commercial CSR/Account Manager, Sig or EPIC Experience
- Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market and technical terms;
- Strong Business Acumen; Microsoft office product expertise and familiarity with Broker Management systems / Sig or EPIC Specifically
- University Degree, College Degree, CRM or CIP (preferred)
